We do not use third party cookies, analytics cookies, tracking cookies, advertising cookies, marketing cookies, or similar tracking technologies.
2. Cookie Banner
The cookie banner stores one small first-party preference cookie so your Agree or Disagree choice is remembered and the banner is not shown on every page.
3. Admin Area
The password-protected admin area may use a strictly necessary PHP session cookie when an authorised administrator logs in. This is not used for public visitor tracking, analytics, or marketing.
4. YouTube Videos
The Litigants in Person guide may include YouTube videos. The site displays a click-to-play placeholder first and only creates a YouTube iframe after you choose to play a video.
Embedded videos use youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain. Playing a video may still cause your browser to connect to YouTube or Google services, which are controlled by their own privacy and cookie practices.
5. Changes
If we add cookies, analytics, marketing tags, or other storage technologies in the future, this policy and the site banner will be updated before those technologies are used.
